One-Pan Steak and Veggies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb sirloin steak cut into strips
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables bell peppers, zucchini, and broccoli
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the steak strips and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
  3. Add the mixed vegetables and soy sauce to the skillet. Stir-fry for an additional 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
