Quick Steak Stir-Fry

Easy to make steak stir fry

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb flank steak thinly sliced
  • 2 cups mixed stir-fry vegetables carrots, bell peppers, snap peas
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger minced
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Method
 

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
  2. Add the sliced steak and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned.
  3. Add the mixed vegetables and ginger, stirring frequently for another 3-4 minutes.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and stir to combine.
  5. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
