Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Easy to make garlic butter steak bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ribeye steak cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steak bites with salt and pepper.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of butter to the skillet. Once melted, add the steak bites in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your liking.
  5. Add the minced garlic and remaining butter to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for an additional minute.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
