- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
- Add the sliced steak and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned.
- Add the mixed vegetables and ginger, stirring frequently for another 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the soy sauce and stir to combine.
- Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
